At a one-month volunteering period at HAB, I provided my knowledge and expertise to the Bhutan based Civil Society Organisation (CSO) in order to create a stronger digital presence and increase conversation about Bhutanese Handicrafts. I did the following tasks for them during my period:
Social documentary on Jungshi Paper Mill along with a dear friend and colleague Viraj Anand
Designed internal communication and data maps.
Represented HAB along with the Director at the 2-day Leadership Summit 2018
UI / UX design
Artisan of the Month was a concept I introduced to motivate the artisans to perform better and give them due credit and recognition for their efforts.
For eCommerce, I designed various segments to attracts browsers to browse through their preferred categories. 'Top Sellers' and 'Seasonal Products' encourage buyers to engage with sales even if they do not have a product category in mind.

Senior Leadership Summit 2018
Along with a group of highly qualified governmental representatives, CSO Leaders and the CSO Core Committee, I had the chance to attend a 2-day Leadership Summit of 2018. The summit was designed to enable the current and next generation of leaders in civil society to assess its status and reflect on how it can build a more collaborative culture moving forward.
Here, I was a part of exercises, debates and discussion about how effective systems can be designed to enable smoother coordination between the government and CSOs of Bhutan to operate on pain areas where the government could not intervene.
Humbled by how the Bhutanese made me a part of their culture in no time!
